AVA collaborated with URDT Institute to train young people aged 18–35 in nursery bed management, tailoring, knitting, handicrafts, hair dressing, welding, motorcycle repair, carpentry, and related soft skills. The first phase ended in 2025 after AVA oversaw the training of 1,897 youths, and AVA is participating in the second phase.
